Indian Sandstone Paving for a Natural Paved Area
At Landscaping Supplies we offer an impressive range on natural Indian sandstone paving, and with such a variety of colours of sandstone paving to choose from there will always be something that suits your requirements. Indian sandstone is an excellent choice for paving as its interesting riven surface and beautiful patternation mean it will look great for many years. We stock a huge range of sandstone paving including calibrated Indian sandstone, tumbled sandstone paving and a range of Indian sandstone setts to complement the paving slabs and create an effective stone border.
Indian Limestone Paving as an Alternative
Natural hand split Indian limestone is an excellent alternative to Indian sandstone paving and inferior concrete paving slabs, as it is very hard wearing and reliable whilst still being a natural paving product. It has an even smooth surface and is available in Kota Black and Kota Yellow, both uniquely different limestone paving colours. Indian limestone paving can give a more modern look than sandstone paving as it has a more even finish but either sandstone or limestone will look good for years.
Railway Sleepers New and Reclaimed
Landscaping Supplies has always been a keen stockist of both new and reclaimed railway sleepers, and we always have good stocks of both. Our reclaimed grade 1 railway sleepers are excellent quality and are uniformly straight and true, giving a traditional feel to a garden or outside space. Also available are our Canadian new oak sleepers which are new ‘green’ oak, fresh from the saw mills in Canada. As direct importers we can offer good discounts on new or reclaimed railway sleepers and we believe our oak sleepers are some of the best available hardwood timber sleepers on the market.
Creating a Modern Look with Travertine Paving
As a reasonably new type of material for paving in the UK, travertine is becoming increasingly popular for use as paving. Having nice clean straight edges travertine paving will give a really modern look to a project. Travertine is more commonly known as a material for tiles and tiling as well as mouldings and decorative pieces, but recently is becoming more popular as a paving material that is simple to work with, cost effective and durable. Travertine is also one of few paving materials that can be used inside and out as paving and tiles having both available in the same colour and finish, which will create something truly remarkable.
Slate Paving for a Sleek and Stylish Finish
When choosing materials for your project slate paving is often among one of the more popular or well-known materials and will usually be discussed. As one of the most commonly known types of natural stone paving is also very widely used for slate patios and paths and with a slightly deeper colour selection than alternatives such as Indian sandstone or travertine paving, it is a viable alternative. Slate paving is a very on trend type of paving at the moment too, and with slate tiles available for inside, you can create a really interesting transition between inside and out.
