Natural hand split Indian limestone is an excellent alternative to Indian sandstone paving and inferior concrete paving slabs, as it is very hard wearing and reliable whilst still being a natural paving product. It has an even smooth surface and is available in Kota Black and Kota Yellow, both uniquely different limestone paving colours. Indian limestone paving can give a more modern look than sandstone paving as it has a more even finish but either sandstone or limestone will look good for years.

Travertine is also one of few paving materials that can be used inside and out as paving and tiles having both available in the same colour and finish, which will create something truly remarkable.

As one of the most commonly known types of natural stone paving is also very widely used for slate patios and paths and with a slightly deeper colour selection than alternatives such as Indian sandstone or travertine paving, it is a viable alternative. Slate paving is a very on trend type of paving at the moment too, and with slate tiles available for inside, you can create a really interesting transition between inside and out.
